BoxIO Plus tracks an unlimited number of boxes and enhances customer service by making all information relative to safe deposit boxes available on-line. On-screen customer inquiries by customer id, name, account number, and phone number allow you to search easily for safe boxes anywhere in your organization. BoxIO Plus keeps track of dates and times a customer accesses their boxes. A list of authorized persons for an individual box can be maintained and an access can be attributed to that person.
